Merry Christmas Everyone at WRER,
Please do not be alarmed on Christmas morning if you notice quite a few people walking into our community and going to the Clubhouse. Some residents, along with Pan de Vida Foundation, Song of Life Church Men's group, and members of Life Point Church are hosting a Christmas Brunch at the WRER Clubhouse for those people in Queen Creek who might otherwise be without a Christmas meal. So far, people are bringing cooked turkeys, a ham, menudo, tamales, and enchiladas. Russ's True Value Hardware has donated 50 pairs of work gloves, a member of Life Point Church has donated 40 pairs of socks. If you wish to share the many blessings that all of us who are fortunate enough to live in this community enjoy, we are still in need of gifts for women and children, and side dishes, such as salads, vegetables, bread, and desserts. Also, we are in need of the use of tables and chairs. This Christmas Brunch should be over by 1:00 pm. If you feel you would like to help in any way, please contact Harriet Georgopapadakos at 480 888 0939, or
cell 480 363 5552.
Another way you could help is to pray that those who really need to receive this meal, will hear about it and will feel welcome to come. Thank you so much for any help you may give.

Electrician needed
There is some money in a "slush fund" away from the general operating account for our neighborhood that needs to be spent. We have about $180 raised from various WRER functions.
There is a suggestion to use the money to purchase lights to get more usage out of the back run next to the wash. Currently there is not enough adequate lighting to see back there at night.
There is not enough money to cover both labor and supplies. We are asking someone in the neighborhood to come forward and volunteer for this worthy project. If you donate your labor the supplies will be paid for.
Please contact Sabrina Palomarez, Barn rep, at 503-1234 or sabrinayp@yahoo.com if you are able to help.
Thank you for helping make WRER a better place to live !

Neighborhood News
The Board would like to welcome Andy Fritz as the candidate elected in our November election. Andy has been elected to serve a 3yr term. Below you will find each Board members name, their title and contact information. If you have any questions or concerns for the Board, please direct them to the committee chair for that area. This information can also be found at www.wrer.org. We welcome all WRER home owners to the next board meeting which is Tues Dec 12th at 6:30p in the clubhouse.
The tractor, which is currently paid for out of the HOA account, had an estimated repair bill this year of $4,000. The tractor is used for dragging the arena's and for loading the manure into a truck for removal. Currently each and everyone one of us (regardless if you have a horse or not) pays for this out of our association payments. We will be discussing the tractor, its usage, who pays for what etc at the December board meeting. Please come your input is appreciated!
The Board is also seeking your interest on serving on a committee for 2007. There is a finance committee, pool/clubhouse committee, events committee, barn committee, landscape/architect committee. Please be a part of the process to make this a better neighborhood. You can sign up for any of these committee's by attending the December HOA meeting or if you can't attend but would like to be on a committee please contact Sabrina Palomarez at sabrinayp@yahoo.com or 503-1234.

All horse trailers, campers and recreational vehicles must have a parking agreement filled out and turned in by July 15, 2006. Sabrina will be coming around taping them to every trailer in the barn parking lot. We all have rights to park there but we need to have on file which trailer belongs to whom. Please drop in mail slot located on the Northwest door of the clubhouse. If there are any questions please feel free to contact any board member.
