Clubhouse bookings are not the only items posted to the calendar. Community Events are also posted to the calendar. If you would like something posted to the calendar, such as a garage sale, a networking party, or some other event or occasion, let me know. Email me the what, where, and when at connet@wrer.org.

Also, the discussion forums are back. Please visit them and make your opinion known. The forums are open to all home owners and the general public. No registrations is required. Start posting today!

We now have a blog. The views/opinions expressed in the webmaster blog may reflect the view/opinions of the HOA board, the Property Management Company, or any other home owner in the WRER community.

RULES OF USE:

v The pool, east arena, parking lot, rest rooms, and stable area will be available to all homeowners and their guests at all times. The only exceptions are during community events or special activities approved by the Board.

Our community has the opportunity to rent the clubhouse this summer from June 2 - Sept. 26th on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays at 6:15 PM to 7:15 PM for Boot Camp workouts! The instructor is willing to discount any WRER residents who wish to attend. We would make $25 per night or $300/month profit to be used for the community.

We are soliciting feedback from the community before we go forward with a yes to the instructor. If anyone has any feedback to provide, please advise asap so the board can make a final decision. I can make a stipulation if anyone in the community needs the community clubhouse for a party/gathering, with plenty of notice given to Debbie Miller, I could ask the instructor to cancel his class. Friday is a possible issue, however think of the money we can make for the four months ($1200). The money can be used for playground equipment, pool equipment or any other suggestion the community may have.

Please provide any feedback you have to Debbie Miller at dmill10@amfam.com as soon as possible. You may also come to the HOA meeting on Tuesday with your suggestions or feedback.

The Board is looking for a new Social Director for our community. What does it mean to be the "Social Director".. you ask???? The Social Director would work with the Social committee on the amazing events that we have all seen take place in our community. The Social Committee would decide together how often they should meet as well as who would be scheduling these meeting, to allow plenty of time for planning.

The Social Committee is responsible for so many cool events- many times by reaching out to our community in the way of requesting volunteers to help with these events...all the while helping to make our community an even better one.

We are interviewing on Sat two people for barn help but at this time we need volunteers to sign up on sheet entering barn area for feeding at night Mon 28th thru Fri. in case the interviews do not go well.

Also stalls will need to be done by horse owners on Monday and possibly more days if we cannot get legal help.

We are sorry that this may be necessary but are working to get good and legal help the new laws in effect Jan 1 are tough
