Will Rogers Equestrian Ranch Homeowners Association
"Uniting and Empowering Homeowners"
Queen Creek, Arizona
Mission Statement
The mission of Will Rogers Equestrian Ranch is to establish a
respected community promoting the enjoyment, safety, and education of
horse ownership; to promote neighborliness, mutual respect, and
service to each other and the surrounding community; to always work
together to improve and assure the beauty and value of our common
areas and personal residences.
Guiding Principles of Our Community
- The safety of people first, then our animals is of primary
importance.
- We shuold be courteous and considerate of others, treating them as
we would like to be treated.
- We must work together to improve, protect, and maintain what we
commonly own and our property values.
- As neighbors, we should cultivate a willingness to serve each
other and our community.
Our Neighborhood
Our neighborhood is designed for today’s lifestyles with
yesterday’s charm. The goal is to minimize the time, workload,
and expense of acre plus properties and maximize the enjoyment of
equestrian living with the like minded in a custom home
environment. This is accomplished in a planned development of 125
custom home lots, with a 10-acre professional equestrian center.
The Equestrian Center
The Equestrian Center is manned by a professional trainer/manager who
oversees the center and is the coordinator for anything pertaining to
the equestrian center, such as feeding the horses, cleaning of the
stalls, veterinarian and farrier services, and events throughout the
year. This means you can have your farrier shoe your horses while
you’re at work or away on a business trip. It also means your
horses are in the care of a professional while you’re away on
vacation!
Riding Heaven
Queen Creek was strategically selected for Will Rogers Equestrian
Ranch for several reasons. First, Queen Creek is a small horse
oriented town of about 7,000 people and lots of horses! Second, the
ranch abuts the Queen Creek Wash, which is a designated horse trail in
this town. This wash is naturally landscaped with mature cottonwood
trees, tamarisk trees, and other high desert (no cactus) type
vegetation. The wash floor is clean and sandy providing miles of safe
riding during the day or evening for riders of all ages and skill.
